Shanae Nottage

Kia ora, I’m Shanae Nottage.

Born and raised in Taupō, I’ve always had a strong connection to this community and the people who call it home. My professional background as an early childhood education teacher has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to support local children and their families through some of the most important stages of their lives. Caring for others has always been at the heart of what I do, and as a proud mum of three, I truly understand how important family, home, and a sense of belonging are.

Over the years, my husband James and I have bought, renovated, and sold a number of homes together. Through this journey, we’ve developed not only a passion for property but also a deep appreciation for what a home represents—security, growth, and new beginnings. As our shared experience and confidence grew, stepping into real estate together felt like a natural and exciting next chapter.

Joining James at Ray White has allowed me to combine my lifelong passion for helping people with the hands-on property experience we’ve built together. I pride myself on creating a warm, supportive environment for every client—ensuring they feel informed, confident, and genuinely cared for at every stage of their journey.

For me, real estate is about so much more than transactions. It’s about people, relationships, and helping families move forward into their next chapter. I feel incredibly privileged to play a part in that journey and to support our community in such a meaningful way.
